[LRUG] Block money on paypal with Active Merchant

Hi all,

I am developing an app where users could agree with a deal, then the system
should 'book' or block an x amount of money, then if the deal will be
executed, the system will charge the user, otherwise it will release the
money previously booked. I would like to use Active merchant with PayPal.

Do you know if it is possible to block an amount of money with PayPal and
if can be done with Active Merchant?
