Later this year BBC Future Media plan to trial a Software Craftsmanship 
programme.

As part of that programme we want to look at a system on-going support 
in addition to the initial training.

We have some contract positions opening up for people with accomplished 
object-analysis and design skills coupled with BDD and TDD, who believe 
in XP, and have experience with Java, PHP, Ruby or JavaScript.
