[LRUG] Rates for ruby in London

It varies a lot.
I know people who charge £60 an hour as a Senior. I also know those who charge £175 an hour.
I personally derive our rates from the average dollar rate as we have such an international client base. 

As a senior freelancer I'd say your rates should be between £70-100 on average. 

I cannot answer you on salaries however. Sorry :)
