[LRUG] An Intern Saidfmer...

I hope that if you expect your intern to work specific hours, complete
specific pieces of work, or do any work at all that would otherwise be
done by a paid employee, that you'll be paying (at least!) the minimum
wage. To do otherwise is actually illegal[1], and in my opinion at
least, hugely exploitatitive and unethical. Let's not have software
development go the way of PR, politics and the media in expecting
people to work for free (and therefore restricting employment
opportunities to those with independent means to do so).
