I'm hoping to build momentum in person at the coding meet-ups. I'll make sure 
there's an interesting problem to work on each month & everyone rotates 
pairs/teams throughout the session.

Maybe you could mention the coding meetups on lrug.org after we've found our 
feet & held a few.
