It might be a limitation of your printer in that it may be unable to print out to the edge of the page. Hitting Scale and then making sure it was at 100% printed it fine on my HP C4880.

Printing out "full bleed" is not something all printers can do. Mine is sold as a photo printer, so needs to be able to do it.
