[LRUG] How to print a PDF at 100%?

Hola El Rug,

This isn't a Ruby question but I'm sure somebody here will know the answer...

I am generating PDFs programatically to print sticky labels.  When I view the PDFs on screen everything aligns correctly.  But when I print, the PDF always seems to be scaled or shifted off-centre vertically which scuppers my sticky labels.

I have tried fiddling with the scale settings (in Preview on OS X), so far without joy.

This must be possible -- can anybody please help?  I'll bung an Amazon voucher your way / get you something off your wishlist if you can solve this.
