It's not specifically Rails 3 focused, but I recently took the "Owning
Rails" course and highly recommend it:  http://owningrails.com/

In your time zone, it'd be an evening class (5-9pm for two days).
According to Google's exchange calculator this morning, the cost works
out to roughly £310 GBP.
