No, but I can honestly say that I can count the number of female programmers I've worked with on my fingers. Which means in my experience their representation has been far, far lower than 25% and more likely somewhere in the range of ~5%. 

Most of those were at the one employer, where we actively looked to pull women from other parts of the business into development roles (we ran call centres for other companies, so we'd often drag team leaders away to focus on building better internal reporting and within a few months have them writing .Net apps).
