[LRUG] Ru3y Manor diversity

I think everyone would like to see quite a bit more diversity. However, choosing which proposals that get the nod should be blind to extraneous factors, e.g. race, gender, sexual orientation of the speaker. I'm not suggesting anyone is saying otherwise, but I think it's important that talk proposals are judged on their merits alone. Anything else would be wrong IMHO.
