We've been using xTeam (http://www.adnx.com/i/apps/xteam4mac) at my work place for a while now. It has iCal export and nice features like remote access via iOS devices.
I built a gem that parses/composes files created with xTeam and allows manipulation through the ActiveRecord interface, which you may find useful (https://github.com/cpatuzzo/xteam_schedule).
