[LRUG] Credit card processing in the UK

Unfortunately you will encounter a lot of problems finding a gateway that
is compatible with a merchant account at a UK bank and has a sane API.

My advice to you is:

- Open a Delaware LLC, a US business checking account, and get a EIN from
the IRS. That way any of the American options are open to you, including
Stripe and Braintree, which are the best things going IMO.
- Contact Braintree anyway, they have a closed beta for UK merchants.
- Use GoCardless if you're not married to the idea of credit cards.
