I am a Rails developer at Wordtracker and we are looking for a
mid-to-senior level Ruby on Rails Developer, ideally someone who is
interested in working in a small team and taking up responsibilities and
challenges.

Our ideal candidate would have the following skills:

   - Ruby on Rails
   - Jquery/Coffeescript
   - Haml & Sass
   - MySQL
   - TDD
   - MongoDB(would be an advantage)


Someone who likes to experiment with new technologies and bring them into
our apps would be really cool.
