[LRUG] Meeting registration

I asked them to email everyone last week.  They said they would, but they
haven't (yet).  They have said that they normally don't turn people away
though, so being registered / unregistered / waiting listed may not
actually matter.  Then again, it might.

I literally have no idea what is going to happen tonight.  My advice is to
turn up early.
