[LRUG] [NOTJOBS] mid-week recruiter bashing

I found my first contract and permanent job in UK via another developer
who's running a companiy not only as contractor but as provider of other
developers, usually by working on big projects where they need several
programmers. Unfortunately he is working more on Drupal the other
languages/framewroks. The company is Silex Resources. Well in the end we
even became friend. That's a much better model than a recruiter who's
capable only to do keyword matching or reading 'good looking CVs'.

I started to not like Linkedin because it is just full of recruiters and it
seems to me to be more good to people looking for corporate jobs.
