I'm actually curious about the last one - why not Rackspace?

Just to clarify - I've never actually hosted anything in the UK, but
have an emotional attachment to Rackspace since I spent a couple of
years on the team that built their datacenter management apps. This
leads me to be unusually curious about people's experiences hosting
with them.
