[LRUG] update_attribute deprecated on Rails 4

This is what I love about Rails. Most frameworks maintain the old stuff for
the sake of backwards compatibility and by the time they are as old as
Rails, they are as idiosyncratic as common lisp, where learning to use it
is a lesson in history. Rails stays fresh and clean and keeps getting
fresher and cleaner.
