+1 For FreeAgent. Makes VAT submissions, bank reconciliation and invoice tracking very easy.

This accountant is a FreeAgent specialist - http://www.maslins.co.uk

I'm about to set up a new account with him after a recommendation from some discerning types. 

The only thing missing from FreeAgent IMO is projection and forecasting. But a solution to that is in the pipeline from a third party. - http://www.floatapp.com/

PS. I have no vested interest in any of the companies mentioned above. I'm just a happy customer.
