[LRUG] EuRuKo 2012 User Group tickets

I did the raffle and pulled 3 names out of the hat:

Joel Chippindale, Tom Stuart, Jairo Diaz.

Turns out Tom can't make it, and the next name out of the hat was Mark
Burns.
