[LRUG] smtp as a service

We're using postmark app. 

Reliability is pretty good. So is mail deliverability. API/Rails integration very good too.

We're hitting some functional ceilings at the moment as we want to add templates and tracking to some of the emails, and this isn't something PostmarkApp supports. At some point me may switch for this reason alone, however were it not for this, I couldn't fault them at all.
