[LRUG] Pool Ball Tracker

Hi all,

I emailed around a month or two ago about a GoCardless hackday for an
OpenCV pool-ball tracker that we're writing in C++ and Ruby.

A couple of people came along (thanks Stevie & Riccardo!), along with a
bunch of GoCardless people.
