Hi All,

I am the internal technical recruiter here at Gamesys so hopefully I won't be quite as hated as the standard recruitment agent :)

We are looking for a number of Ruby Developers to develop high quality software to satisfy the fast moving commercial requirements of the business. Working within a specialist team made up of Developers, Testers, an Architect and Business Product Owner. The role is driven by the project in hand and will generally cross over to other aspects of software development throughout the project lifecycle. This is a specialised role with a large scope for the individual to develop their skills in other areas of software development.

We have some first class development project under way encompassing Games, Payments, Multi Device and Social Media here at Gamesys and I wanted to know if there was someone in this group that fancied being a part of them. We have some of the strongest technical guys in the market and we use the very latest technologies all done in Agile environments. Couple that with the talented and creative design teams it's no wonder were a massive success. Just look at what we've been doing recently - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-19162971

Working off the back of our Market leading Gaming titles we are gathering speed in the Social Gaming arena, the Mobile space and expanding our existing Web portfolio. Due to these development projects we have loads of jobs on and are always on the lookout for the sharpest people in the market. You can check out our open vacancies here: www.gamesys.co.uk/careers<http://www.gamesys.co.uk/careers>

We have an ethos of encouraging ideas within our teams and value all level of team input. If you feel something is more appropriate or suitable for a particular project, make your case and if everyone agrees we can swiftly act and develop upon your recommendations. We also have innovation weeks where everyone gets the opportunity to develop their own projects and present them to the rest of the office.

On top of that we are a fun environment to work in with a strong social culture, games break out rooms and Friday night drinks every week.

If this sounds like your kind of organisation please call me on 02074782004 or neil.munro at gamesys.co.uk<mailto:neil.munro at gamesys.co.uk> to discuss becoming one of the team.

Hope that wasn't too offence :)

Cheers

Neil
