[LRUG] Expat thinking of coming home

Sorry if this has been suggested before and rejected, but I would be happy
to setup and host a jobs board, either we are badly short of ruby
developers in london, or the agencies have a choke-hold on the
cv's...doesn't make sense to me at all..
