Afternoon all,

Our development team is expanding a little and we're on the lookout for
another experienced Ruby/Rails developer and a System Administrator
(possibly part-time) comfortable both working with a team of ruby devs,
ideally with experience using capistrano and chef, and managing numerous
wordpress installations on lamp servers.

We're a small, growing, company, with just under 20 people (I forget
exactly how many), currently working from offices near Piccadilly Circus,
but moving to City Road (5 mins from Old St. tube) in a few weeks. We've
some pretty enlightened founders who encourage flexible ways of working,
and we do what we think is useful and quality work for local government,
including, but not at all limited to, developing software products.

Our development team is currently quite small (4 people), and we typically
only work together in the office two days a week, so both roles require
someone with experience and the ability to work independently, but also
someone comfortable working with others as we encourage pair programming
and developers work closely with other members of the team.

Note that you don't need to be London based, one of our developers is based
in Bristol, another in Manchester, but if you're not London based, we'd
expect you to come to the office in London a couple of days a week. We're
also happy to consider people who want to work 3 or 4 days a week rather
than 5.

If you're interested in having a chat about either role, we'll be at CukeUp
tomorrow and Ruby Manor on Saturday, and I'm pretty sure at least one of us
will be at LRUG on Monday. I'm also happy to speak on the phone or meet up
in person for a chat.

Thanks for your time (and apologies for the longer than expected email)

Mark
