[LRUG] How do you recruit/interview for a Dev Ops role?

Hi Ed

I always recruit for any role through recommendation of folks who've
worked with the people I'm hiring for my clients. I highly recommend
that as the best way to find talent - having the stamp of approval
from those you *know* are good takes out most of the leg work in
working out skillsets and aptitude, leaving just cultural & team fit
and financial to worry about.

If you don't have a large enough network in the area to help you find
someone in that way, I (personally/professionally) would pay someone
you know who is the *exact* person you're after to sift and interview
your candidates for you, or ask their help in finding someone who'd be
keen to if they can't.

Best of luck,

Thayer
