Hey all,

The organisers of EuRuKo are doing the user group ticket allocation thing
again this year.  I've asked for 5 tickets, so we'll see what happens.  The
next batch of tickets on general sale are being made available at 6pm
London time (5pm UTC) tonight

Once I find out how many we get I'll do a random names from a hat for those
interested in getting one.
