[LRUG] Eurucamp CFP

Most of you *probably* know about this, but Eurucamp have opened up their
Call for Proposals for this years event in August. Their way of getting
people to do talks is a little different and is a good first conference for
people who don't have much experience at presentation: very non-judgmental,
IMO.
