[LRUG] Anyone know who's in charge of testing the website for Natwest Online?

I wish to make a complaint...

Does anyone know, or know someone who might know, the test manager for
NatWest Online? It's an asp site and has clearly never been properly tested
and my patience has finally run out. I want to find that person and give
them a list of all the errors they've let through.
