Ruby on Rails Lead Developer for Growth Start-Up

Job Description
We're working with an emerging start-up who has just received a large round of funding to help grow the business. The company has a recurring subscription business model which is aimed at a specific market segment.

It's a really exciting role for a Developer who is looking to move from the ground up with a business into a CTO capacity - help grow the product and take ownership from a technical perspective, as well as build a team and have sole responsibility for the direction of the tech arena.

As a Lead Developer you will have sole responsibility for the platform, technical ownership and team development (6-12 months down the line). You'll help build and maintain Rails applications, integrate apps with back-end services and provide testing/research on new roll-outs.
