[LRUG] [JOBS] Rails Developer at The Amazings

Chris,

I hadn't read that. I was posting on behalf of The Amazings who are a
sister company to Sidekick where I work.

Thanks for bringing that to my attention. It has made me really angry as I
have been quite vocal in my support of diversity in the tech world and have
tried as hard as I can to be as inclusive as possible in my own attempts to
recruit.

I am sure that this is mostly down to being badly worded rather than
malicious. The Amazings team is roughly 50% female and would definitely
welcome applications from anyone who wants to get involved in what they're
doing. Sadly, stuff like this is likely to have the exact opposite effect.

I will do what I can to ensure appropriate changes are made.

Ian
