[LRUG] Who wants to be lightninged in Feb?

Hey all,

Our next meeting will be on Monday 11th Feb, and it'll be our usual
lightning talk evening.  We use the 20x20 format (20 slides that auto
transition after 20 seconds each, giving you 6 minutes 40 seconds for the
talk) for this evening which means we have space for 8 or 9 talks.  I've
had some people ask for a slot already and I've emailed them to confirm if
they still want one, but that still leaves at least 5 slots.

If you think you'd like to take part get in touch and I'll sort out a slot
for you.  Don't worry about the format; yes it's challenging, but if you
rehearse a couple of times it's a breeze.  It's way easier to fill less
than 7 minutes than it is to fill one of our standard ~30 minute talks, so
it's a good time to get your LRUG-speaker-feet wet.

I'll get it up on lanyrd and lrug.org shortly once I've got a few speakers
confirmed.

ps, I'm pretty sure that my email missed some people that offered a talk
already (especially anyone that offered on Monday evening). If you've
offered me a lightning talk and I didn't email you earlier tonight I
apologise for forgetting, but please do get in touch there's still room for
you!
