[LRUG] Where would you look for a job or next hire?

My best experiences in hiring have been in:
* Referrals (ofc)
* Going to events/shows/meetups etc. and spreading the word
* The better recruiters - in my 25 years in the industry I can count
only 3 who I actually speak to out of choice
