Hi

We are a small company dedicated to finding accommodation for touring theatre pros.

It is a listing and booking service with ongoing development to improve and grow as the user numbers increase. 

The skills the developer will need are: Ruby on Rails, jQuery, Cucumber, Amazon S3, HTML, CSS. In particular, they should know about hosting on Heroku and especially scaling on Heroku. 

We're hoping to optimise the Search feature so any knowledge of Search engines such as ElasticSearch or Solr would be beneficial. 

Our outgoing lead developer has been working remotely 1 day a week (approx.) and we are looking for a similar commitment.
