We, evvnt.com, are a startup SAAS provider who have just started to gain
significant traction, and we think it's time to hire our first full time
permanent developer.

We offer a common sense solution to an obvious problem and we are signing
up subscription and enterprise clients daily.

The ideal person we are looking for is a smart developer who can learn what
our business needs from technology and can help tell us what to do. The
person we hire will have overall responsibility for our platform, and a
strong input into how our product evolves.

The only mandatory prerequisites we are looking for are a reasonable level
of experience with Ruby on Rails and Javascript and enthusiasm for building
a successful company.

The nice to have list includes: Heroku, consuming APIs (especially
Facebook), creating APIs, startup experience, front end development skills,
and an entrepreneurial attitude.

As a ‘full-stack’ software developer you will be responsible for the evvnt
application using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Your role will
involve building our back-end web service in Rails, front end platform and
API integrations with our partner sites.

*What you should have:*

   - Experience developing with Ruby on Rails.
   - Passion for technology.
   - Good communication skills.

*What would be an advantage:*

   - 3 + years software development experience.
   - Experience building scalable web applications.
   - Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML & CSS.
   - University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a
   related subject.

This is a permanent full time position based at our Central London offices,
and we are looking to hire an on-site developer. Remote working will be
possible, and encouraged, but office time will also be expected.
