*         I have mad recruitment skills whereby after talking with a
developer I instinctually know and can advise on the probable best course of
action career-wise and where you will be most happiest.

often don't bother to recruit much for themselves and who other recruiters
don't have access too.

then searching by themselves (where the most vocal and visible teams are
often not the best ones).
