[LRUG] Moderation

Hey all,

New members are now going to be moderated before they can post.  If this
gets too much for me, I might need a couple of sane volunteers to help out
with the review load.  There are >1000 folk on the list so obviously this
doesn't help fix any problems arising from existing members (although, I
can set existing members back to moderation too if they step out of line),
but it should help sort any new problems before they get to a critical mass.
