[LRUG] Quiz/questionnaire libraries?

I used SMERF a few years ago, which was good, but seems to be not
maintained any more. But this week I've been having a play with Surveyor,
and it seems to be very good.
Real easy to overload, extend and enhance, and loads of built-in
functionality.
