There are a number of reasons why I asked for any follow-up discussion to be taken off this mailer and the factual inconsistencies in your response are one of the primary factors.
Global Personals made the decision to eliminate this particular practice over four years ago, years before any exposé by any media outlet.
I could spend the entire day describing in immense detail the amount of time and effort Global has invested into cleaning up the dating industry but again, it's simply not relevant to this group.

If any LRUG member has been considering applying to work for us or has blacklisted us as a result of this particular chain of emails then I wholeheartedly encourage you to give me a shout, in private, and allow me the opportunity to tell our side of the story. If, after said discussion, you still consider Global a morally reprehensible company then so be it. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I'd simply rather those opinions were based on facts rather than assumptions of guilt.
