[LRUG] Hutch is now open source

Hey folks,

We (GoCardless) just open-sourced Hutch, an internal tool we've been using
for a while. In a nutshell, it enables simple inter-service communication
using RabbitMQ. Some of you may remember it from the talk at the August
LRUG meet.

We wrote a blog post explaining the motivation behind it, and what it does
at a high level:
