[LRUG] Ruby training recommendations

I trained through General Assembly, starting with their FEWD course, then
Rails. Both did the job, and I've since built pro products that are pure
front end, and rails-based. Found myself feeling like I had a lot more to
do myself after the rails course than FEWD, but such is the nature of the
beast.

Would highly recommend Steer's
Rails<https://www.steer.me/courses/back-end-web-development-course-september-2013>course,
one week intensive, if not only because their tutor, Rik Lomas, is
the best code tutor I've found - very experienced, and very generous,
regularly spending hours after classes with students.

Good luck... it's hard, but worth it.
