Kanban, daily deploys to production, daily code reviews, retrospectives,
continuous deployment, lean experiments, data and experiment driven.


*Required skills*

   Git, heroku, CI, code reviews

   Javascript, a lot of javascript

   Bootstrap

   PSQL

   Understand the balance between writing maintainable code and shipping a
   product.
