[LRUG] Josh Kalderimis is in town next week

Hi,

How about the world's 4th biggest government contributor to public github
repositories? The Ministry of Justice should be able to support various
configs up to about 100 people if necessary. There's still a question mark
over whether we could bring alcohol on site (we'd need a rough guess on
numbers, then we can get approval), but there's a big park and a few nice
pubs about for after *if* that doesn't work.
