Hi folks,

We are looking to significantly expand our team here at ASMALLWORLD, and wish to hire two engineers, a QA persion and a UX designer to join our merry band.

The engineering roles are roughly split between back-end Rails specialists and front-end HTML / CSS / JS gurus, though if you can do both, more the better.

The tech we're using is Ruby 1.9, Rails 3, MySQL, Sphinx and Git.

We are fully remote, with completely flexible working hours, collaborating mainly via Skype.  We offer full-time and part-time, ongoing contracts paid on a retainer basis.  We are under new management and are implementing exciting changes for the benefit of our international member base.
