Just to let people know that this job is still open - the application is being developed by a team here at Unboxed and is a modern Rails 4.1 application so there's no problems with legacy if you're worried about that kind of thing. It's a really interesting, worthwhile project and if you're looking for a startup trying improve people's lives through technology then it'll be more your cup of tea than yet another niche social network.
