Clearly there is a consensus on S. America. So far I'm planning,
Columbia, Brazil and Chile.

Just to answer Timothée Alby's questions briefly, I don't really know
the answers yet either!

On that note, does any have the lowdown on China for the kind of
Internet access needed for devops/developer work flows?
