Hello Thomas,

That was an interesting email on the LRUG list this morning!
I am myself in the process of planning a few months of travel in south
America for early 2016.

I guess I have more questions than answers at the moment as I haven't done
the trip yet..

But I'd be interested to know how you're planning to handle the part
traveling / part working routine.
Are you gonna put 3 full days of work then 4 full days of travel, or spread
the work on the whole week?
How are you planning to handle the internet access we all need to code
efficiently? The communication with your team with the uncertain online
windows?

I guess that's just a few of the questions I'm trying to answer myself. I
have been traveling a bit, but never while working, have you?

And how are you able to do that? I asked my boss and he said yes, but I
figured that was a super rare case. Or you're freelancer?

I hope this email will find you well!

Cheers,

Tim
