Hi,

I use to have a "domain" directory with all the Domain (in a DDD sense).
There, all framework agnostic classes are grouped using the typical module
namespacing.
Rails specific classes (controllers, models, helpers...) in their
directories use the same namespacing when correspod.

This way it's quite easy to keep things organized.
