Hi LRUG,

I'm on the hunt for a jr-mid ruby/rails position, preferably something backend but full-stack rails is also good. I have almost 2years experience working in various industries & for different sized teams.   Some of you may know that I run a community organisation, blackgirl.tech, which aims to provide a safe environment for black girls and women to explore technology. This includes running a site, podcast & planning events. 

I'm looking for a role I can learn & grow in, but also share, somewhere that can handle having an ambitious junior on board would be great. I'm creative, organised and intuitive. If you would like to talk more with me, do contact me!
