I would like to share with you the details of a contract Ruby role that I am recruiting to.

My client is a leading NGO  working in the climate change arena.

They are looking to engage a talented Ruby on Rails Developer to join them for three months, with the possibility of an additional six month extension. Working as part of a small and Agile development team you will be enhancing and maintaining their existing platform. The project also links in with an exciting business change programme of work.

My client is based close to the City in a central and accessible location. They are also very receptive to home working.

I am looking for a candidate that has the following expertise:


  *   Excellent full stack software engineering skills, using Ruby on Rails
  *   Strong front-end development skills - css, html, javascript, ajax
  *   Significant experience of developing web-based systems
  *   Good written and oral communication skills


The rate available for this role is circa £425 per day on a ltd company basis.
