[LRUG] Ruby for AWS Lambda at last!

@asfand would be great to see a how to.

@frederick - aurora serverless sounded like the right solution, but the
minimum size is db.r4.large
What would be great is to have something like dynamodb where you create a
database, and not worry about what instance its on, you get charged for
usage only.
